Whisky Keep ("the App") is provided by keita suzuki ("the Developer"). The Developer respects users' privacy and handles information in the App as described in this Privacy Policy.
All information entered or recorded in the App (bottle information, tasting notes, remaining-amount and drinking-window records, photos, in-app settings, etc.) is stored only on the user's device. This information is never transmitted to or collected by the Developer's servers or any external cloud service. The Developer cannot view or obtain this information.
The App has no user registration or login. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information.
The App may request access to your camera and photo library, for example to record bottles. Any photos obtained are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
The App uses local notifications (which run entirely on your device) for purposes such as drinking-window reminders. It does not use server-based remote push notifications and does not collect or transmit notification identifiers such as push tokens.
To provide paid features (subscriptions), the Developer uses RevenueCat, Inc. ("RevenueCat") as a purchase management service. For purchasing, restoring, and verifying subscription status, the following information is handled through RevenueCat.
Purchase history information (products purchased, purchase dates, expiration dates, etc.) and an anonymous user identifier automatically generated by RevenueCat (anonymous App User ID). This identifier is not linked to personally identifying information such as your name or email address.
This information is used to provide subscriptions, validate receipts, prevent fraud, and for analytics to improve the service. The Developer does not use this purchase information to track users across other companies' services for advertising purposes. Actual payment is processed through Apple (the App Store). The Developer does not obtain or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
Except for the use of the purchase management service described above, the Developer does not provide or sell user information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
The App is intended for recording alcohol (such as whisky) and is designed for use by adults who have reached the legal drinking age.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
